For 
I saw her rules for G.A.L.A.X.Y-fancharacters [link] and somehow it made want to create one. It's strange. I have such a huge art-block and can't get my stuff drawn in ages but when it's about her characters it suddenly flows. Atema probably jinxed me when I drew her the first time in the OC-meme.
Once again Jupiter's division VII. One more female lieutenant won't hurt. I went a bit crazy with accessory and She doesn't wear her uniform correctly (the bow is open)
I hope it's still acceptable. Now something about the lady (incomplete!):
